The fully automatic flowering machine is the leading equipment in the recycling fiber industry chain. It is mainly used for loosening and extracting fibers from waste clothes, cotton waste materials, chemical fiber scraps, fallen cotton, and non-woven fabric waste. By relying on high-speed needle rollers and sliver rollers to mechanically tear and break the compacted and clumped raw materials into fluffy and usable fibers, it is an indispensable equipment for the recycling and reuse of waste textiles.

This machine adopts a multi-stage progressive loosening structure and is equipped with a negative pressure dust removal system. It can simultaneously separate sand, thread ends, and hard impurities during the loosening process. The dust removal efficiency can reach over 93%. The equipment is divided into three types: cotton-specific, chemical fiber-specific, and universal models. The cotton model has soft tooth rollers that strictly control the fiber breakage rate; the chemical fiber model increases the roller speed to adapt to hard and compacted chemical fiber materials; the universal model can handle mixed-blend scraps and is versatile in one machine.

The processed finished fibers can be used for recycled cotton yarn, sofa filling cotton, needle-punched felt, labor protection felt, sound insulation and thermal insulation materials, etc., which are in line with current environmental protection and recycling policies. The machine frame is made of thickened carbon steel plates, and the wear-resistant alloy teeth are durable and sturdy. The variable-frequency speed-regulating motor controls the speed as needed, and it can be selected for small workshops and large-scale recycling processing plants.
