Operating and maintenance guide | Safety operation procedures and daily maintenance precautions for flowering machines

I. Safe operation procedures upon startup

Before feeding, screen the raw materials to remove iron wires, stones, hard plastics, etc., to avoid damaging the tooth bars and damaging the rollers.

Startup sequence: First, turn on the dust collection fan → idle rotation for 3-5 minutes, listen for abnormal sounds, measure the temperature rise, and wait for the equipment to run smoothly before feeding evenly; stop the machine and reverse operation, first stop feeding, empty the remaining materials in the machine before turning off the main unit and fan.

During operation, do not reach into the feeding port to clear blockages; stop the machine, cut off power, and then repair after the blockage stops. Operators should wear proper clothing and must not wear loose gloves.

II. Daily maintenance details

Daily maintenance: After work, clean the residual fibers in the machine cavity and the dust filter screen, and check if there are any remaining blockages at the feeding and discharging ports.

Weekly maintenance: Tighten the screws of the machine frame and bearing seats, check the wear and breakage of the needle roller tooth bars, and replace the damaged tooth bars in time; clean the dust in the duct to ensure smooth dust removal.

Regular lubrication: Every 300 hours of operation, add high-temperature-resistant lubricating oil to all bearings and transmission gears; for long-term shutdown, clean the machine, remove the belts for storage, and take measures to prevent rust.

III. Simple fault handling There is a lot of cotton clumping: This is usually caused by accumulated dust on the screening plates. Stop the machine to clean the dust; The feeding speed fluctuates: Adjust the gap between the feeding rollers to ensure the uniform thickness of the material distribution; Abnormal vibration of the machine body: Check the anchor bolts and the balance of the rollers, and tighten the loose parts.
